Hi Spartans!
My name is Nurse Louis, and I am the school nurse here at Benjamin Syms Middle School. I am supported by our health clerk, Ms. Krystal Aldrich, who also assists in providing care to students in the clinic. We look forward to supporting the health and well-being of your student(s) throughout the school year.
As the school nurse, I am able to assess your child’s health needs and provide recommendations; however, I do not diagnose medical conditions. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns at any time during the school year.
🚨 IMPORTANT IMMUNIZATION NOTICE FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS 🚨
To ensure the health and safety of all students, Virginia state law requires that all students have up-to-date immunization records on file with the school.
📌 Action Required:
Please submit your child’s current immunization record to the school clinic as soon as possible if it has not already been provided.
⚠️ Important Reminder:
Students who do not have the required immunizations or a valid medical/religious exemption on file may be excluded from school until documentation is received.
